Delivery...

As a bespoke prop-maker, most items on-site are either one-offs, custom assemblies or so large, we will arrange personal delivery with you directly.

Other smaller items may be in-stock and ready to ship and wll be shipped on a tracked next-day service within 2-3 business days. 

Details of any specific item dispatch time will be displayed during the checkout process. In the event you're ordering a very large item, we will contact you within 24 hours of checkout to arrange delivery. 


PROMOTIONS
Unless otherwise stated, offers, promotions or discounts are not available in conjunction with each other. For example, a discount code will apply discount, but will not be valid during another promotional campaign, such as "Buy two, get one free".

POSTAGE
Occasionallyour system can miscalculate postage. If you are overcharged we can refund you for any additional postage charges. If you are significantly undercharged, we reserve the right to cancel the sale. In this situation we would contact you and request the postage due. We're nice though and usually foot the bill for our own mistakes. 

1st class post is available for a small up-charge. This is usually next day or up to 2 business days. We strongly advise opting for 1st class if you require your item within a swift time frame.

LOST IN POST:
Sometimes shipping delays outside of our control can happen. But so far, we have never completely lost an item in post. Many of our items are extremely bulky and are delivered in a bespoke manner. Other items are shipped with reliable couriers. If an item does go missing, we require up to 14 business days before declaring the item missing. However we will do our utmost to track down missing/slow shipments where possible and if delays are over 48 hours behind schedule.

ALL LOST ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO US WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE SALE. This allows us a short period of time to claim from the courier/Royal Mail. Beyond this we are unable to claim for the loss.

RETURNS POLICY
We understand that buying mail-order can be filled with uncertainty. So that's why we accept returns of new, non-customised items within 28 days of your purchase date that have clearly not been used.

You are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price of the returned items minus shipping charges. If we have made an error, or goods are faulty then we will cover all the shipping costs and refund you the postage incurred.

  • You must contact us before you make a return, as we need to approve a return first. This must be within 14 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be supplied with original packaging if applicable.
  • Goods must not show signs of fitting or use.
  • We are not responsible for damage or loss in the return post.
  • Returns are NOT accepted on any made-to-order or customised product.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you wish to cancel your order, simply email us using the subject title "CANCEL ORDER". We will then cancel the order and issue a refund.

PRIVACY DATA POLICY
We will retain your personal details (name, address, orders, email etc). We do not retain financial information such as debit card, credit card or bank details. We do not share your information with any other organisations. Should any personal details be incorrect please email us and we will correct them if you wish. CONDUCT POLICY
We will always be polite, honest and treat you as an adult (unless you are actually a child). We expect you to behave in the same way. However if you let your standards drop and threaten, swear or intimidate etc, we will refuse to entertain you as customer and your account will be closed and blocked.
